IELTS PREPARATION

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the standard test used for university entry in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Britain and much of the United States. An IELTS score is often a requirement of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) of Australia for migration purposes. Develop skills for examination focusing on academic writing, listening, grammar, fluency and vocabulary.

IELTS PROFESSIONAL

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) assesses the English language proficiency of people who want to study or work where English is the main language. It is recognised by educational institutions, governments and employers all over the world. You can develop the skills you need to succeed in the IELTS Professional preparation course. You will also learn test strategies specific to the format of the IELTS test. And you’ll practise speaking and communicating with your classmates.

OCCUPATIONAL ENGLISH TRAINING

As part of the requirements for registration to practise as a health practitioner in Australia, overseas-trained health professionals from non-English speaking backgrounds must pass the Occupational English Test. The OET applies to the main-stream health professions, including medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, veterinary medicine, occupational therapy, dietetics, radiography and others. In addition, some professions (notably nursing) require recent graduates of non-English speaking background from Australian universities to pass the OET. OET is a profession-centred examination, utilising the language of specific health professions, and so may be a more natural test of English proficiency for overseas health professionals to use than IELTS.

CAMBRIDGE PREPARATION

The Cambridge PET, FCE and CAE tests are recognised by some of the biggest multinational companies in the world. The test results are also accepted for university and immigration requirements in many countries. A Cambridge certification is valid for life and is recognised around the world. And most important, it proves you have the language skills to live and work independently in an English-speaking country or study on courses taught in English.
